O ly do the bear minimum. I got a better service going to Halfords
Doesn't work and no correspondence picked up
Can't even submit a claim app just says "authorisation has been denied for this request". Even when you can make a claim it doesn't let you upload photos on a new phone you need an older model phone and even then it still takes a while!
App still doesn't work, won't even display anything just says authorization failed. Tried uninstall and re install but nothing. Useless

App made to look like Vauxhall bother, can't upload photos so cannot submit claims, if you call them they lie to you down the phone telling you they have sent emails to you. Called 3 times today and 3 different people lied to me. Go to Vauxhall and get your £600 back, this is what civil court is for.
Won't let me load the photos required to submit a claim. Useless
Cannot down load photos, how are we suppose to claim , Vauxhall endorse this when you buy a new car. Not fit for purpose, come on Vauxhall we deserve better than this.
